• Contact Representative's Name

• Phone Number & Email

• Address (We offer delivery in Vancouver and the surrounding cities, 7 days a week)

• Preferred Delivery Frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc.)

• Floral Arrangement Details
• How many arrangements do you require?
• Would type of arrangement would you prefer? For example: fresh-cut flowers in a vase, a planter, bouquet, etc?
• Are there any colour or style specifications we need to adhere with?
• What size of arrangements do you require? We can accommodate arrangements ranging from petite office desk florals to hotel lobby installations, and everything in between!
• Which day should deliveries occur? For example, every Monday, the first day of each month, Tuesdays and Thursdays, etc. Please note that we close for some holidays, and we will contact you to rearrange deliveries that fall on holidays accordingly.
• Preferred Budget. We do have basic starter pricing for corporate arrangements, please contact us for details.
