Christmas at Hycroft 2012
It’s that time of year again; the 40th annual Hycroft University Women’s Club Christmas Fair begins this week. The Christmas elves at The Flower Factory have been working hard all week preparing for the big show. Once again this year we will be featuring our designs and holiday décor on the main floor in the grand drawing room.
This year’s show begins on Thursday November 15th and runs until Sunday November 18th 2012. Tickets can be purchased online at http://www.uwcvancouver.ca or at the door. Some of the highlights of the show are the lovely live music and choir performances, visits from Santa, the club member’s culinary creations for sale in the Coach House, and the many local businesses and artisans featuring their wonderful products and creations.
Another perk of attending the Christmas fair is that you get to explore and visit the historic Hycroft Manor. The show takes place on all three levels and each room is unique and stunning in its own way. This could be a great opportunity for future brides to visit and explore the house and the beautiful grounds.
