Regarding contact information for deliveriesA local phone number is required for the recipient. Delivery may be delayed if a local phone number is not initially provided.

With deliveries to apartments: We are obligated to assure someone is present at the apartment to receive the flowers. Either we, or our trusted delivery couriers must call ahead to arrange a time window of the recipient's choosing, when they will be home to receive their flowers. The time window must be a minimum of 2 hours during which delivery could occur.

We do try to keep the experience as much of a surprise as possible for the recipient, however we must assure someone is available to accept the delivery, or that a concierge/front desk is available.

If we are unable to reach the recipient at an apartment address via phone, a voicemail is left for them regarding arranging a time window for delivery, and  we then deliver the flowers once we hear back from them. Please note that this may delay delivery if we do not hear back from the recipient right away, or they do not return our call. In the event of an order delay past the requested delivery date for this reason, we will always update the sender as to the status of their order.

For deliveries to houses or units with direct street access: Phoning ahead to arrange delivery is not mandatory for house deliveries, as there is usually a safe place to leave the flowers, however please feel free to request that we call ahead. We always look for the safest spot to leave the flowers if nobody answers the door, and we then phone the recipient to let them know a gift is waiting for them. Please feel free to provide a basic instruction for where to leave the flowers such as "Please leave flowers at the back porch if nobody is home."

Delivery Fees: Delivery cost varies depend on several factors, including postal code, the city in which the delivery occurs, etc. Please call us directly for any questions regarding delivery services, delivery cost, same-day delivery, or any other requests. We will do our very best to accommodate your wishes.

Please note that delivery fees apply for each delivery attempt. We request direct local phone numbers for recipients in apartments so that we can assure someone is available to receive the flowers on the first delivery attempt. If ordering flowers to be sent to a business, we recommend checking that the business is open on the requested delivery date.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • I can't remember the date I selected for my online order and it isn't shown on my confirmation email?
We are still developing some website features to enhance our customers' experience. At this time we kindly ask that you reply back to your confirmation email requesting a confirmation of the date for your order. To better assist you, we ask that you provide us your order number. EX: 0123-OS

  • When will my order be ready for Pick-Up?
Online orders are ready for Pick-Up between 11am and 5pm on the date you selected during check out. If you called in your order the designer will arrange a Pick-Up time with you while taking your order.

  • When should I expect my order to be delivered?
We rely on both our store driver and trusted couriers to send out orders. Orders generally arrive between 10am and 6pm, though some deliveries may experience delays due to circumstances beyond our control. If you require a specific delivery time frame please call the store to see if we can accommodate the request. This may affect your delivery price.

  • Can I change an order I have already placed online or over the phone?
We are happy to accommodate most changes. Please call us ASAP to see if we can facilitate the change in time. If the order is scheduled for delivery or Pick-Up in less than 24 hours it may be too short of notice, but please call us to see if we can help.

  • What does Artist's Choice or Designer's Choice mean?
Artist's or Designer's Choice is similar to Chef's Choice at a restaurant. This is a very popular option as customers over the years have come to trust our team's design choices. This gives the designer the freedom to work with what they believe are the most fresh, gorgeous blooms in store at the time your order is being made.

  • I am worried about allergies or food sensitivities, either floral or pet related. How can I be sure my order will be safe for my recipient and their family?
Please call or email our store directly regarding your order, or leave a note on your order below your card message at the check out screen.
  • I am not sure what size the bouquet would be, could you let me know how big the options are?
The nature of fresh flowers means there is no exact size range for our bouquets. We have our products listed based on the increase of budget spent; which will mean more flowers included in your bouquet if you choose a larger size. A good example is if a bouquet is made with luxury flowers it maybe smaller than if one was made with more common seasonal blooms. Our designers use their judgement to make sure the bouquets are balanced in both size and quality of blooms. If you require a certain size, we recommend calling us to speak with a designer.

  • I want my order to be a surprise, can I use my phone number for the delivery?
If we are unable to reach the intended recipient as the wrong phone number was provided, we may have to return the order to the store and attempt delivery again. This may result in a delay and/or additional delivery charges. If you want the order to be a surprise we recommend providing the phone number for someone who lives at the same address and notifying them of the delivery. If that is not possible we recommend providing the recipient's phone number to ensure we can deliver the order.

  • I want to send my order anonymously, is this something you do?
If you choose to not sign your name at the end of the card message we do not add it to your order. However, if the recipient calls requesting to know who sent the order we are legally obligated to inform them.
